Michael D. Fluke, Managing Partner

Michael D. Fluke received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Fluke is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney who has dedicated his legal career to defending the rights of individuals accused of serious crimes including, but not limited to, first degree murder, drug trafficking, armed robbery, armed carjacking, and racketeering. Mr. Fluke has represented over 6,000 clients charged with crimes and tried over 100 cases in Florida and Massachusetts. Mr. Fluke has also served as an adjunct professor at Florida Metropolitan University, and has guest lectured to criminal defense attorneys across the state.

Mr. Fluke is a member of several prestigious legal organizations such as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Hillsborough Bar Association. Mr. Fluke is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida and Massachusetts. Mr. Fluke is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Furthermore, Mr. Fluke brings his extensive legal expertise to FOX 13's "Ask A Lawyer" segment in order to provide greater understanding of complicated legal issues to the general public.

Jonathan M. Palma, Senior Partner

Jonathan M. Palma received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida, and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Mr. Palma is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has focused his legal career towards representing and defending the rights of individuals accused of crimes including, but not limited to, drug trafficking, felony aggravated battery, DUI, drug possession, domestic battery, theft and all violations of probation.

Mr. Palma is a member of the American Bar Association (Criminal Law Section), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Clearwater Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Hillsborough Bar Association. Mr. Palma is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Palma is also an active member of the Hillsborough Bar Lawyer Referral Service and regularly volunteers his time to appear on the Tampa Bay Fox 13 Ask a Lawyer, television program.

Todd H. Seiden, Senior Partner

Todd H. Seiden received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from S.U.N.Y Binghamton, in New York, and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas Cooley Law School, with Honors. Mr. Seiden is an experienced criminal defense attorney who has aggressively defended the rights of thousands of individuals accused of white collar crimes, major felonies and all misdemeanor charges. Mr. Seiden has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts throughout Florida and Michigan. Mr. Seiden was a member of the law review at Thomas Cooley Law School where he received the prestigious John Voelker Award for his work. Mr. Seiden has shared his knowledge and expertise as a guest lecturer at Florida Metropolitan University.

Mr. Seiden is a member of the Florida Bar, Michigan Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
